Websity Digital provides an all-inclusive Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) subscription that covers:
  • Website design, development, hosting, and maintenance.
  • SEO-friendly content creation and site security.
  • Integration with third-party platforms like CRMs, payment gateways, and more.
  • Scalable workflows and custom features tailored to your business needs.
Our goal is to handle your website so you can focus on growing your business.

2. Subscription Model

  1. Commitment Period: Plans start at $99/month with a minimum 12-month commitment.
  2. Payment Terms: Payments are due monthly in advance, and invoices will reflect any additional premium features or services.
  3. Transparency: No hidden fees. Your subscription covers the agreed-upon services outlined during onboarding.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions may be cancelled after the initial commitment by providing 30 days written notice. Early termination requires settling the remaining contract balance.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Websity ensures a seamless experience with the following commitments:
  1. Uptime Guarantee: We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee for your website.
  2. Free Maintenance: Monthly maintenance is included at no extra cost.
  3. Response Times: Based on complexity, customer queries and issues will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved promptly.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership Transfer: Upon completion of the subscription period, you own all website assets except Websity’s proprietary workflows and design templates.
  2. Portfolio Use: By using Websity’s services, you grant permission for us to showcase your website in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Timely Input: To avoid project delays, provide necessary content, assets, and approvals.
  2. Appropriate Use: Ensure the website complies with ethical and legal standards, avoiding prohibited uses like hosting malware, spamming, or violating copyrights.

6. Prohibited Use

Websity strictly prohibits using our services for:
  • Illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Hosting harmful content, such as malware or phishing schemes.
  • Activities that violate intellectual property rights.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Support and Change Requests

  1. Dedicated Support: Every customer is assigned a Webspert (your dedicated account manager) to provide personalized assistance.
  2. Free Changes: Enjoy up to 8 hours of free monthly change requests. Additional changes will be billed at $20/hour.
  3. Scalability: Easily add new features, pages, or integrations as your business grows. Pricing will be discussed upfront, ensuring transparency.

8. Refunds and Guarantees

  1. Money-Back Guarantee: New customers can request a full refund within the first 15 days of their subscription. Refunds revoke all rights to delivered website assets.
  2. No Partial Refunds: After 15 days, no partial refunds are available for unused subscription periods.

9. Integration Capabilities

Websity specializes in integrating third-party tools and platforms, including:
  • CRMs, payment gateways, and inventory management systems.
  • Advanced SEO tools for improving search visibility. These integrations may require additional setup fees, which will be disclosed beforehand.

10. Limitation of Liability

Websity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
  • Downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
  • Issues arising from customer-provided content or delays.
  • Unauthorized website access due to weak or shared passwords.

11. Termination

  1. By Customer: Cancel anytime after the initial term with a 30-day notice.
  2. By Websity: We may terminate services if terms are violated, including non-payment or prohibited activities.

12. Governing Laws
