Welcome to Websity Digital. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://websitydigital.com and any services, subscriptions, or digital products provided by Websity Digital (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About websity digital

Websity Digital is a Dubai-based digital agency offering subscription-based website design, development, and maintenance services (“Websites on Subscription”).
 We operate under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and comply with all applicable e-commerce and data protection regulations.

2. Acceptance of terms

By subscribing, purchasing, or using any of our services, you:

  • Confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements.
  • Agree to comply with all UAE laws and these Terms.
  • Acknowledge that continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our website and services.

3. Our services

We provide the following core services on a monthly subscription basis:

  • Website design, development, hosting, and maintenance.
  • Continuous updates, bug fixes, and technical support.
  • Optional add-ons such as SEO, branding, and content creation.

Each service plan (Startup, Growth, or Scale Up) defines its specific scope, timelines, and deliverables. Custom arrangements may also be made through separate agreements.

4. Subscriptions & payments

  • All plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
  • The first payment is processed immediately upon signup.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • You authorize Websity Digital (via Stripe) to process recurring payments.
  • Prices are listed in USD and/or AED and include hosting and maintenance.
  • Applicable VAT or transaction fees are your responsibility.

5. Cancellations & refunds

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled with 15 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Your website remains active until the current billing period ends.
  • Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused time.
  • Annual plans may be refunded within 7 days of initial payment only.
After cancellation, hosting and updates will cease unless otherwise arranged.

If you wish to migrate your site post-cancellation, we offer a handover service for an additional one-time fee, which includes file exports and basic setup guidance.

6. Ownership & intellectual property

  • All work created by Websity Digital remains our property until full payment for the current billing term is completed.
  • After 12 consecutive months of active subscription, full ownership of your website design and content is automatically transferred to you, excluding backend frameworks, licensed templates, and third-party plugins.
  • You retain ownership of your brand assets, logo, and content you provide.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your materials do not infringe third-party rights.



7. Fair use & ownership clause

To maintain quality and consistency across all clients, the following Fair Use Policy applies:

  • Each subscription includes a reasonable amount of content updates, design edits, and support requests per month as defined by your plan.
  • Startup Plan: Up to 2 major updates per month.
  • Growth Plan: Up to 4 major updates per month.
  • Scale Up Plan: Priority updates with unlimited minor edits.
  • “Major updates” include new page additions, redesigns, or functional integrations. “Minor updates” include text or image edits.
  • Requests that significantly alter the site structure, functionality, or content volume may be quoted separately.
  • Any third-party tools, stock images, or plugin licenses used on your site remain property of Websity Digital unless you purchase them directly.
  • Monthly fees cover:
    • Hosting
    • Maintenance
    • Routine content updates
    • Core plugin renewals (as per plan)
    • Security monitoring
  • Out-of-scope items (quoted separately) include:
    • Complex API integrations or eCommerce features not part of your plan.
    • Advanced SEO, ad tracking, or analytics setup.
    • Copywriting or rebranding beyond initial scope.
    • Multi-language versions or large-scale redesigns.


Websity Digital reserves the right to decline or reschedule tasks that exceed reasonable fair use or impact service quality for other clients.

8. Hosting, maintenance & support

All active subscriptions include:

  • Secure hosting on cloud servers with daily backups.
  • Maintenance, version updates, and uptime monitoring.
  • Email and chat support for technical issues.

Support hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GST)
 Emergency support for downtime is available 24/7 for enterprise clients.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or services for illegal, defamatory, or harmful activities.
  • Host malware, spam, or phishing content.
  • Violate intellectual property laws or data privacy regulations.
  • Engage in actions that may damage our reputation or infrastructure.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.

10. Limitation of liability

Websity Digital will not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business due to interruptions or delays.
  • Issues arising from third-party integrations, hosting downtime, or security incidents beyond our control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability under any claim will not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the last three (3) months of service.

11. Modifications to services

We may:

  • Add, modify, or discontinue features to improve service quality.
  • Revise subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
  • Update Terms and policies periodically.

All updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information, credentials, and business data confidential.
No project or client information will be shared publicly without written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

13. Data protection

Your data is managed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
 By subscribing, you consent to our use of analytics and secure payment processing via Stripe.

14. Termination

We may terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue beyond 15 days of the due date.
  • These Terms are breached.
  • The service is used for a prohibited activity.

Upon termination, we may disable hosting and remove site data after a reasonable retention period, in compliance with UAE PDPL.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
