Do I own the rights to my website and its content?

Yes, once your original one-year contract is paid up, you obtain full ownership of your website and its content. From thereon, Websity Digital serves as your trusted partner in building and managing your online presence, but you have complete control over your intellectual property.

What happens if I exceed the resources allocated in my subscription package, such as bandwidth or storage?

We understand that your needs may grow over time, and we offer flexible solutions to accommodate increased usage. Depending on your subscription plan, you may have the option to upgrade your resources or purchase additional capacity as needed.

Can I cancel my contract?

You can cancel for free in the first 15 days! If anything about your experience at Websity doesn’t sit right with you, we will cancel your contract and refund any payments you’ve made.

After 15 days, you can cancel your contract anytime by paying the remaining value of your ongoing contract upfront.

How do I request changes to my website?

Change requests are free for up to 8 hours per month. If you need more changes beyond this limit, there’s a $20/hour fee for additional work.

What measures do you take to ensure my website is mobile-friendly and accessible across different devices?

Our websites are built using responsive design principles, ensuring optimal performance and usability across various devices and screen sizes, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. We prioritize accessibility and user experience to reach a wider audience.

How do you handle backups for my website?

We perform regular backups of your website’s data and files to ensure data integrity and protect against unexpected data loss or corruption. These backups are securely stored and can be restored quickly in the event of any issues.

Can I transfer my subscription to another individual or business if I no longer need the services?

While subscriptions are typically non-transferable, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to transfer your subscription to another party, please contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to assist you with the process.

What happens if I encounter issues outside of your regular support hours?

Our support services are governed by our SLA which is standard for all of our customers. We don’t guarantee response times and resolution outside of support hours but we try our best to respond to Urgent requests as soon as possible.

How do I get started with Websity Digital and sign up for a subscription?

Getting started is easy! Simply visit our website to learn more about our services and subscription packages. Once you’ve chosen the package that best fits your needs, you can sign up online. 

Will my website be optimized for search engines?

Basic SEO optimization is provided to all of our customers, however advanced SEO is not offered.

Can I make updates to my website myself, or do I need to rely on your team?

You will have edit access to your website’s dashboard and can make content changes to the website as per your liking. However, we are not responsible for any faults or failures arising from the changes you make on your own.

What level of support do you offer if I encounter technical issues or need assistance?

All technical issues related directly to your website are covered in our support.

What exactly is included in the website content service?

Our website content service includes professional copywriting tailored to your brand, industry, and target audience. We will create engaging and SEO-friendly content for your website pages, blog posts, and other digital assets.

How long does it take to get my website up and running?

Launching your website typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on its complexity and customization level. We’ll work with you to ensure the timeline meets your needs. For simpler non-commerce websites, expect 3-4 weeks, while e-commerce websites may take 4-5 weeks. We’ll provide a definitive timeline at project initiation.

Do I need to have technical expertise to work with Websity Digital?

To ensure this, we have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place for all customers. This agreement outlines our commitment to both response and resolution times in case of any issues.

How much storage and bandwidth do your WaaS plans offer?

Our WaaS plans offer generous storage and bandwidth allocations to accommodate your website’s needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability as your online presence grows.

How can I make payments?

Websity Digital offers two payment options:

  • One-time payment: Pay the full amount upfront.
  • Installment payment: Spread the cost over the subscription period.
Is there any benefit to choosing an annual package?

Yes! Opting for an annual package comes with discounts as a token of appreciation for your commitment. You’ll enjoy cost savings of up to 30% while getting the same great services.

How long is the subscription contract?

Your subscription contract covers the entire year, as evidenced by the upfront annual or monthly payment and the lack of mid-term refunds. This means you’ll have access to the website service for 12 months, regardless of any cancellation attempts during that period.
