The problem

BizHub had outgrown its original website. It was functional, sure, but barely. Behind the flashy banner and all-caps headlines was a digital experience that made it hard for users to understand, trust, or act. What wasn’t working:

  • A bloated site structure with overlapping, repetitive pages
  • A confusing buyer journey with no clear path to take action
  • Outdated, heavy assets, GIFs, JPEGs, slow code, and no optimization
  • A rigid pricing section with no interactivity or lead capture
  • A mismatched brand palette that felt more harsh than helpful
  • Copy that said everything and nothing at once

The copy felt bland. CTAs like “Enquire Now” didn’t inspire action, and headlines lacked clarity or energy. BizHub’s sharp, founder-first personality was nowhere to be found. What they needed wasn’t just a prettier site or a facelift. They needed a digital reboot, one that reflected their startup-friendly brand, delivered answers quickly, and converted curious visitors into confident leads.

Our discovery & strategy

We kicked things off with a comprehensive audit, design, code, content, and SEO. Then we dug deeper, mapping out user intent, identifying bottlenecks, and aligning every fix with one clear goal.

Our strategy was focused and outcome-driven:

  • Restructure the site around the buying journey, not the company’s internal structure.
  • Design with purpose. Every section should guide users toward a decision.
  • Optimize everything. Speed, clarity, tone, and flow.
  • Transform the cost calculator into a smart, seamless lead-generation tool.
  • Build an SEO-ready foundation designed to grow with the brand.

The process – Phase by phase

Mapping the buyer’s journey

We started by understanding the why behind every click. Instead of guessing what users needed, we worked backwards from final conversion to first touchpoint, and translated that into wireframes.

Every content section was rewritten and restructured around key decision-making moments. We worked on a user flow that tells the right story, at the right time, to the right person.

Deliverable: Interactive wireframes built around a founder’s journey, not just a list of services.

Refining the brand’s look and feel

With the structure in place, it was time to bring in emotion and trust. We defined a new color palette, established a visual hierarchy, and crafted a style guide that reflected who BizHub really is. Confident, helpful, and built for global founders. We also introduced modern UI components and interaction patterns to keep things feeling fresh and fluid.

Deliverable: Moodboards, UI components, and a refined brand aesthetic.

Designing the full experience

With copy, structure, and style aligned, we brought it all together in Figma. The final design wasn’t just beautiful, it was purposeful. Every scroll, tap, and CTA was placed to reduce friction and drive decisions.

From the homepage to the calculator, everything worked in sync, visually and strategically.

Deliverable: High-fidelity designs built for clarity, conversion, and speed.

 Building & QA

Once approved, the design moved into our dev environment. We built the site using WordPress and Elementor Pro, integrated the revamped cost calculator using custom JS logic, and hosted it on AWS for performance.

Final touches included QA across all devices, SEO configuration using Rank Math, and performance optimization (WebP images, minified code, and no more GIFs).

Deliverable: A live, SEO-ready, lightning-fast website built to scale.

Real collaboration, real progress

We don’t disappear behind screens; we co-create with our clients. Throughout the project, we worked closely with the BizHub team through regular reviews, asynchronous feedback loops, and shared boards. Every decision, from button labels to cost logic, was aligned through open conversations and quick iterations.

The result was a website that doesn’t just look like BizHub, it feels like them too.

Deliverable: A truly collaborative build process, documented and refined through ongoing feedback.
